Contour 1500 Firm Divan Set

Developed some three years ago with the introduction of slow release memory foam on to the British market place. Many mattresses of this type are manufactured using foam top and core however we produced under a more conventional theory which has proved very successful since its final development. We use a British manufactured 1500 Pocket Spring unit combined with our edge support system to give a more individual support to the memory foam product which adorns the top surface of this divan set. This is our slightly firmer version ideal for those who prefer a firmer tension..

Produced to the same high standard as its brother the 1500 Firmer. This memory Pocket sprung bed is ideal for customers looking for total support and with the added benefit of non pressure point no matter how you lay or even how little you weigh this bed will adjust so that you achieve this best position for sleep possible. The companies chairman actually sleeps on one of these beds so if its good enough for our boss you can be rest assured that it will give you years of comfortable support. This model also features our firmaflex edge support system which helps prevent roll off when near the edge of the mattress.

The slightly less expensive version of our 1500 range. The difference between the two ranges is mainly to do with the amount of springs in the product. This range contains 1000 in a standard 5’ size, but as they are of a slightly different gauge in regards firmness these two models do offer quite a distinct alternative to their big brother. It has been quite simply the case that some customers have found the feel of these beds more to their requirements than the 1500 range. All our springs and the Visco foam used in this range are sourced from the UK due to the high quality which this then gives our finished product.

Contour 125 and 135 models are the entry level models in our Visco Elastic range however we still use the same high quality Visco foam and with our Firmaflex edge support system to prevent roll off these are still superb beds. The spring unit used in this model contains twice as many springs as a standard bed offering greater flexing which with the memory foam on top gives a superb support system.  Over heating as some customers describe it is reduced with a memory mattress manufactured in this way as there is still space below the memory foam for air to circulate thus an inbuilt cooling system.

This is a sample of our standard  range. All above are available in special sizes however due to manufacturing constraints we can only produce these mattresses with a 3” tolerances on 135 and 125 models but 1” on all others.
