Obviously as the word implies these items are not manufactured everyday however as time goes on we will place pictures of the more unusual items we have produced. However for a rough appraisal we can manufacture to virtually any rectangular size within the limitations of spring dimensions. We also specialize in rounded ends or mattresses with the corners cut out especially for four poster bed frames for example. Our base department can also produce replacement bed bases in varying depths so the old much loved frame can be kept and reused once more. The limitations on this are really endless and a quick call to us can soon give you the answer as to whether it is practical to consider this option but in most cases it certainly is. Unlike many stores who only actually sell what they can purchase we can produce the one off item and usually at a far cheaper price than what our customers expect to pay for this bespoke service. Shown below is a keyhole shaped bed produced with a pocket sprung mattress which certainly will give the wow factor to any room it graces, sheets for this type of bed or indeed any other special size bed we produce are not a problem as we have tied up with Keys of Clacton who can produce sheets etc. for any of the beds we manufacture.
